I absolutely loved my nomadic lifestyle and all of the experiences that I have enjoyed in so many different places. Ultimate Real Estate Property Management in Orlando!

Life as a substitute teacher can really take some interesting twists and turns, like being asked to substitute for a long-term contract out of Orlando FL with very little notice. Luckily, I have Ackley Florida Property Management in my back pocket with the most amazing real estate property management in Orlando for me to call home during this time and on very short notice as well!

What I love about Orlando FL, besides the sun and energy, is the schooling systems. The way that administration cares about the educators is something that I believe many other parts of the country could take note of for reference.

Even though this particular contract came in at the last minute, I believe that was simply an unforeseeable result of the sudden circumstance which has removed the staffed teacher from the roster for the time being. I truly wish this teacher well, and hope that they recover quickly and smoothly, and I hope that they know that their class is in good hands.

Even though I have done some of these extended contracts in the past, none have been quite as rosy as this one. I believe that the major difference for this particular contract is absolutely the real estate property management in Orlando that I have been able to reside in thanks to the wonderful people at Ackley Florida Property Management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including client presentation and training delivery experience.
Understanding of how to use salesforce.com as a sales management tool and CRM.
Three+ years of experience directly managing a sales team.

No relocation is required. This position does require 25% to 50% of travel across the United States.

Compensation includes: salary of $100K to $125K and bonus of $25K to $50K, for a total comp of $125K to $150K.

Our client is seeking a President to oversee a 100-member association of leading property management companies who are focused on smart buying strategies for their members.

Do you have:

#1. A passion for helping 100 property management members [with 200,000+ rental units/apartments] of this unique association, save money on their buying of industry products/services? For example, paint, carpet, etc.

#2. The professional experience with a dual reporting structure that necessitates reporting to, working closely with and collaborating with a Board of Directors as well as senior executives at member organizations?

#3. The business expertise to regularly update management and the association Board regarding business processes, operating plans, financial modeling and profitability, managing P&L statements, forecasting, budgetary planning, overseeing pricing structures, gross margins and profitability metrics?

#4. The ability to collaborate with the marketing team to develop positioning messages and sales tools?

#5. The understanding for how to accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams, provide quarterly result assessments of their internal sales staff’s productivity, manage regular meetings with their internal sales team, both as a group and 1:1 to review key performance metrics and improve sales performance plus consistently drive the team’s ability to meet and exceed individual and team quotas?

#6. The knowledge to oversee the contract with their 3rd party procurement operations services provider to manage costs closely, to ensure timely orders and acceptable service levels, plus provide a link between association members and the 3rd party operations team to develop services and product offerings to support business growth from the association members?
