Hiring Director of Sales – Multi-Family, No Relocation Required

A leading technology company that is selling their industry products/services to the top 100 largest multifamily property management companies is looking to hire a top-shelf Director of Sales.

Those who apply must have:

Sales experience of at least 7-10+ years, selling products/services into the multifamily sector.
Deep relationships across the top 100 largest multifamily property management companies.
Regular attendance at the large multifamily industry annual trade shows and conventions.
Comfortable with selling tech and technology solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including client presentation and training delivery experience.
Understanding of how to use salesforce.com as a sales management tool and CRM.
Three+ years of experience directly managing a sales team.

No relocation is required. This position does require 25% to 50% of travel across the United States.

Compensation includes: salary of $100K to $125K and bonus of $25K to $50K, for a total comp of $125K to $150K.
